Adam E. Davidson, Owner/Consultant of McTaylor Maddex LLC, has over 15 years of management experience in large, and small organizations ranging from $25M to $550M organizations in various industries to include packaged foods, freight & logistics, and defense.  He has C-level project management experience, working directly with Senior Executives on strategic direction, operations, organizational development, supply chain & distribution, and team building.

Adam is a “hands on” management expert in all aspects of manufacturing and distribution.  This includes single site and multi-site companies with a wide range of products and services.  His successful track record includes leadership roles in fortune 500 companies facilitating lean strategies, team building, employee empowerment, and continuous improvement, with a continued record for increasing output, productivity, and reducing cost.

Adam is a veteran of United States Army, and has served more than 15 years in combat operations, and logistics positions, at the operational and strategic levels, to include multiple tours in Europe, Central Asia, and the Middle East.

Adam earned a BA in International Studies from Portland State University, and has an MA in Management and Leadership from Webster University.  Adam has completed various training in both project management and lean six sigma from both civilian and military organizations.
